Our customs-related service is focused on document coordination, shipment follow-up, and helping clients move through the clearance process in an organized manner.
For imported cargo, we coordinate the required information and documents between the importer, shipping line or airline, customs representative, port or airport, and transport provider. Once released by the authorities, we coordinate cargo delivery.
For export shipments, we support the coordination of export documents, cargo readiness, transport to the port or airport, customs procedures, and handover to the carrier or terminal.
